Are you finally doing that trip to san antonio? Well here's some good news. I've decided to compile this really nice list of things to do and see while you're there. I hope you have as much fun there as I did!

1. The Infamous Riverwalk - If you're looking to be around people and be part of something cool, hip and social, you definetely need to check this out. Its probably the central "people activity" location in all of san antonio. You can meet people here during the day, go dancing in a nightclub at night or enjoy the fine cuisine in one of the many restaurants. There are even special festivals and events regularily organized here. Try to time your visit with one of those.

2. The San Antonio Zoo - This is probably one of the most exciting zoos in the country. It happens to have an amazing both diversity and quantity of animals. Not only do you get all the fascinating land creatures you didn't even know existed... But, you also get a bunch of sea creatures. You see, this also happens to be a mini-sea-world of sorts. It has many aqua-based exhibits.

3. Mcnay Museum - You definetely want to see this one. Its a spanish colonial style home that now functions as a museum. It displays magnificient works of art by people like Pablo Picasso, Vincent Van Gogh, Renoir etc... The museum itself, architecturally is a sight to behold, even if you're not interested in modern art

4. The Alamo - You can't afford to miss the Alamo, probably Texas' #1 visitor attraction. More than 2 million people annually come by here. Feel free to walk down the exciting, hidden parts of the River Walk and then find yourself wandering into the different Spanish missions. Enjoy the different festivals and live music scattered around. The best free entertainment you will ever enjoy.

5. The Sunset Station - This is a really well known place to people who like the early 20th century buildings. Its this train station that will dazzle you with its unique design and how magnificent its interiors are. You will be impressed by the designs of the ceilings, the windows and different decorations.

6. Tower of Americas - A marvel at its time, the tower was built for the purposes of a world fair behind held in san antonio in 1968. It represents the hopes and aspirations that americans had for the future at that time. Oh, and grabbing a bit to eat at the top is quite the experience!
