First I want to say that the important thing is interest, you like playing golf, that is the best teacher to help you improve your level at golf

A player who wants to improve his/her skills needs to constantly improve and continuously learn. It is not enough that one knows how to grip and swing the club. Although it always seems that people who play golf seem to put very little effort in the game, they are actually taking mental notes of how to execute their play e.g. the best position for their hands, the amount of tension in their grip, the aim and the acceleration to best reach the target.

Here are general tips on how to improve at golf.

1. Read about best practices and strategies of golf champions.

2. Toughen the back of the elbow by clutching a stress ball in this area every single day. A tennis ball will give better results.

3. Practice balancing positions regularly. Near perfect balance is essential in the game of golf. Walk through narrow gutters in the street or customized narrow bars at home. A book on the head will also enhance body posture.

4. Workout. Golf players tend to develop a bad back over time. Golf player champions have physically fit body. Using weight lifting and improving flexibility are a must.

5. Lastly - practice golf as if the game is being played. Try to hit the ball once toward every target. On the golf course, a player never really repeats the same stroke over and over again, which is how most people practice at a driving range. Use different golf clubs alternately.

Golf can be a frustrating game, but at the same time it can be enjoyable. If you are just getting started, it might help to meet with a PGA professional coach to learn the fundamentals. Then, just have fun!
