There are many different camps as to the causes of anxiety disorders and how to treat them. It's like that old game where you make a circle and tell something to someone. By the time it gets back to that person it has changed, mutated and taken on a life of it's own.

So that may explain why many people who have anxiety attacks feel like the medication does not help them.

Many anxiety disorders are a result of one bad thing happening to someone. They get very stressed out and fear that if they repeat that particular situation it will happen to them again. It is possible that it is all in the questions they tell themselves.

There is a method where thru exercise, diet and mental questions, you can solve your anxiety problems and maybe even get yourself all the drugs.
