Bad carbohydrates give worse impact on health and they don"t digest easily even raise sugar level also. Unhealthy carbohydrates cause of overweight and its get more in candy, baked foods with refined white flour, white pastas and sodas. When you take bad carbohydrates in daily basis, you will see high in their sugar level in short time of span.
