The sales representative of web was always there for me and my husband prior to me placing the order and promised the sun, the moon and the stars but once my equipment came to my apartment in 2 pieces...he vanished and never refunded me or picked up the equipment. I'm still fighting these guys. should be forced to go out of business! They talk about money back guarantees but they don't honor them and the equipment they ship looks like it comes directly from the trash heap. You're just asking for trouble if you don't.
