Official information on Nova Praetoria and Underground has just been released on the official website, giving players the chance to look behind the visual effects, and how to function day to day life in the city of the worlds most prestigious and lower abdomen.

The seat of the self-proclaimed savior of mankind, Nova Praetoria is raised from the rest of the world, both figuratively and physically, built on an artificial island in an artificially flooded. Unfortunately, between the Resistance and destroyers disenfranchised former soldiers who want to demolish Cole for purely anarchist even the seat of power is increasingly unstable. Meanwhile, underground below is a war between loyalists Cole tunnels used for their original purpose of surreptitious transportation, the creation of Resistance headquarters Cole hit the base of power and ravenous Ghouls patrolling the tunnels for unknown reasons. Knowledge of both areas is at its highest level and should contribute City of Heroes Players have invested in the next expansion.
