If you're a network marketer who is using Facebook as a strategy to get leads for your business then you need to capitalize on the marketing tools Facebook offers.
Most people in our industry don't even know that there are many applications that we can use to increase traffic to a blog, a squeeze page or just offer more inforomation about a product or opportunity.
I've done some searching around on Facebook, and I found one of the best marketing tools out there to get leads. It's an application called Profile HTML. It allows you to take the html code from any web page and display it as a tab in your Facebook Profile.
Just go onto Facebook and type "profile html" in the search box. The application will come up. The next step is to install it into your profile. Just click on install app, and when Facebook asks permission to access your profile click "allow."
The set up is simple. You can have your web page on your Facebook profile in a few minutes. Don't worry if you don't know HTML. I don't. You just need to be able to copy and paste. Here's the steps to follow:
1. Pull up your website in a tab. If you only want part of the website content on your facebook page then highlight the stuff you want.
2. Right click on your selection or the whole page. On the menu that appears when you right click select "view page source" or "view selection source" (Firefox browser).
3. This will open a page showing all the HTML code. Just highlight the code you want and copy it.
4. Go to your profile in Facebook. Click the + button on the tab menu - right next to wall, info, photos, etc. Select profile html. This will put a profile html tab on your profile page.
5. Go to Facebook. Type "profile html" in the search box. This will take you to the profile html application (once you have allowed access from facebook.)
6. There will be a big box on the screen. Just paste the code in there. Then click the submit button below that box.
7. Now go back to your Facebook profile and click the "Profile HTML" tab to see your website content!
