Look the reality is, when you stop smoking, in the first two weeks you may experience some negative side effects from the withdrawal symptoms from nicotine, I want you to understand that, these feelings usually only last for about two weeks, there are some very reputable products available, which will help you over this period, but you may not need them at all, the power of your own mind may be enough. I do not want you to think that it is will power that I am talking about, because it is not, this term 'Will Power' suggests struggle, conflict, pain and ultimate failure. What I am talking about is your mind telling you that you do not want nor need to smoke; it is as simple as that. There is not a lot of profit for multinational companies in this method, which is why it is not promoted by them.
