Ok, so we all know that a cigarette are bad for you, but is that what you really believe in your own mind, or is it that smoking is bad for everyone else, except you! You must realize that you are not the first smoker who wants to quit, and you will not be the last smoker who will fail on at least one occasion. But what you should know about stopping smoking is that you will stop, if you believe that it is going to kill you. It sounds harsh to say, but because you don't really believe that smoking can kill you, your inner survival instincts are not pushing you to stop. What are the facts about what smoking can do to your body? I don't have to provide a list that will give you nightmares about what will happen if you don't quit smoking. I don't have to do that, all I have to say to you is, look around you! You will see the evidence for yourself in neighbors, friends, and colleagues at work, strangers struggling on the streets to catch their breaths because of their smoking habit. Wow! You would think that I wanted you to stop reading this article, but that's not true, what I want you to do is quit smoking, and the first step is to be honest with yourself, about how you are smoking away your life. As a matter of fact, experts have worked out that, the average smoker will die 12 years prematurely, put in every day terms, and not wanting to sound smart; it's the difference between 58 and 70.
