3. Stay away from fizzy drinks & sodas

To make these drinks taste better, all retailers use a lot of sweeteners which means a lot of calories for you. Sugar contains a lor of calories and it is contained by all sodas on the market. If you must drink sodas, stick to the diet ones which have significantly lower amounts of sugar added to them.

4. Make an eating schedule and stick to it

Eating at the same time each day is more important than you might think. Eating later than half an hour from the day before could lead to those nasty episodes in which you stuff yourself. Having a constant pattern will help you with controlling the amount of food you eat.

5. Stay away from tee and coffee

By themselves, tea and coffee are not fattening. The problem occurs in the moment you add the cream and sugar to them, which are. Having a single cup of tea or coffee with cream and at least two cubes of sugar is equivalent to eating a piece of rich chocolate cake.
