subject: Quran is Innocent [print this page] christianity is supposed to be a religion of peace ,we shall never condemn other religions like that ,you may think that islam is from the devil only because you don't understand it , the Holy Quran ,the Holy Bible ,and the old tastement ,all of these great books want nothing from people but to be good not violent ,when you read texts about fighting and attacking in the holy Quran ,those texts are speaking about the time of war ,when the disbelievers used to attack the believers
the holy Quran says for many times
" AND DO NOT ATTACK ,HE DOES NOT LIKE ATTACKERS"
this is a clear order for people not to attack each other,see ,also another text here from the holy Quran says
"[60:8] GOD does not enjoin you from befriending those who do not fight you because of religion, and do not evict you from your homes. You may befriend them and be equitable towards them. GOD loves the equitable.
[60:9] GOD enjoins you only from befriending those who fight you because of religion, evict you from your homes, and band together with others to banish you. You shall not befriend them. Those who befriend them are the transgressors.
please read the holy Quran ,understand it ,those are few texts from the holy Quran , believe me ,the holy Quran never wants violence.
those who say that Quran wants violence are bad people ,violence is in their hearts alone ,never believe them for violence is never in the Holy Quran
another text from the Holy Quran says " AND ENTER INTO PEACE ALL"
this is another order for muslims to be peaceful , so i beg you and i pray that you join me to save the Holy Quran
if people like me don't believe that our master the christ was crucified ,so what ,many others don't believe in the christ at all,like those who worship buddah ,shall we burn buddah too ,people have the right to believe in whatever they want ,and there is no order in the holy Quran to kill those who convert from islam into another religion as many believe for the Holy Quran says
"There is no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from Error"

and when it comes to beating women as you say ,The word (edrebohon) which is translated as beat them ,is a very wrong translation since this word in arabic has many meanings which are

To strike
To beat
To set up
To take away, to ignore
To condemn
To seal, to draw over
To cover
To explain
the husband for example is allowed to get his wife out of the house or ignore her if she's bad to him, for example ,betrayed him , that's all .
