subject: The Hoopla concerning Burning the Quran [print this page]

Looking at all the hoopla surrounding the proposed burning of the Quran I simple had to ask a few pertinent questions from a different perspective: Where was this entire outcry when it came to burning the American Flag? Isn't that something that represents America? or why is it that the NY Governor (Patterson) and the Mayor of New York, NY Bloomberg can stand give the go ahead for a planned Mosque (oh okay cultural center with a mosque in it) to be built and they still cannot come to an agreement on the one church (Greek Orthodox, I believe) that actually was destroyed on 9/11/01? What is this nation coming to when we capitulate to Islam like it owes us something or is for America? Everyone says Islam is for peace but why is it that every time something in their religion is threaten they threaten violence? Answer me that question. Why was the film maker in Holland killed for telling the truth (as he saw it) concerning Islam? - Where is the peace? Why is it that they are threatening violence here and around the world over burning a book? Where is the peace? Christians believe in their Bible also but we won't commit violence if it is burned....history proofs that! We don't even commit violence when most muslin nations shout death to America....oh but this peaceful submissive religion threatens violence every time some one speaks ill of them...where is the peace? We have bowed to Islam for far to long in this nation and they mean this nation no good! Ask a Muslim what a kaffir is and see what they tell you. Christians believe that we are to obey those in authority over us but Islam believes that only God can be in authority over man so they place men (Imams) in a position to tell them what God would have them do...hence the suicide bombers from this peaceful submissive religion - where is the peace?

Americans are considered unbelievers or Kaffirs so Muslims are allowed to lie, steal, kill and rape in order to get their way to all nonbelievers. What are you? Another thing has anyone ever study who the moon God was during Mohamed's time? What was his name and symbol? Funny how no one talks about that.....oh I get it you are afraid of all those peaceful people!!

I may not agree with the minister's stance on burning books but I do agree that he has the right to do it just as the Muslims have the right to build their "cultural center" near ground zero. You cannot deny one person their rights while granting the opposition group theirs without seeming to take sides. How is it that President Obama didn't speak out about the ministers rights to burn the books (notice I am not asking him to share his thoughts on the wisdom of burning the books just the right to burn) .....lol most of you will understand his hypocrisy now especially since he spoke out so eloquently on the Muslims rights to build the mosque but later says that he wasn't talking about the wisdom of building it. Wake up America before you realize that you don't have choices anymore. I will restate this for those who want to call me a radical, I do not agree with Pastor Jones in his choices to burn the Quran. I however do recognize that he has the freedom to do so, just as those who want to build a mosque near ground zero. I will however say that I don't believe that either action is one filled with wisdom.
