4. Take otheroDesk skills tests for free. LikeU.S. English Basic Skills Test,English Spelling Test (U.S. Version) etc. which are relevant with your experience and job applying..
I suggest you to try for hourly job because oDesk only make sure for hourly job not for the fixed-price job. Employer will post the job and chose freelancer by verifying the payment method, It should remember all the service provider that don't apply fixed-price job if the employer did not verify payment method.
5. After getting your first job your goal is to get 5.0 feedback out of 5.0
