Some cities have many educational establishments; people call them student cities. They seem to be active and young. Moreover, it seems that the atmosphere of such cities is different. Student city lives and it develops together with students.

One of such cities is the city of Nottingham. What is so special about it? The answer to this question consider below.

1.The city and its surrounding harbors are densely populated with students. The reason is that there are many educational facilities.

2.There are two universities: University of Nottingham and the Nottingham Trent University as well as many colleges.

3.Lots of organizations offer load of entertaining and cultural evening activities. Thus, it is not difficult to guess that it is a perfect place for a student life.

4.The University of Nottingham is one of the Britains medical educational institutions that provide students with good accommodations in the buildings set on the University Park Campus. Each hall of the campus may hold from 200 up to 300 residents.

5.However, it is not the only accommodations that students can have. There are several smaller campuses that are known as the Jubilee Campus, Sutton Bonington Campus and the King's Meadow Campus.

6.As there are many students, consequently, there are many student organizations, special clubs that make the educational process interesting.

7.There are even student magazine called Impact and Student Radio Nottingham. Moreover, there is even Student Theatre that is very popular among local citizens.

8.Another big educational institution is the Nottingham Trent University that also provides its students with accommodation as Clifton Campus, Brackenhurst.

9.The student union of this university offers students with such facilities as student bars, gyms and shops. It also has its newspaper called the Platform, and two radio stations Fly FM and Kick FM.
