Building a FHTM business that really succeeds and pays you well, is one of those things that can really be tough for people. But there is one strategy that has been proven to work time and time again and knowing it can make a massive difference on the level of success that anyone can reach.

This strategy is not some marketing strategy but actually how you set your FHTM Business up. Let me explain.

Many people get started in FHTM and they don't fully understand how the business works. If you have seen the presentation for FHTM you will have a bit of an understanding as to the different levels or codes are that a person moves through as they are building their business. And this is where this strategy comes in.

Every time someone gets a promotion and moves into a new code, they have a greater chance to make a bigger profit. Meaning that with every promotion they can earn more money. But there are still people in the old codes that need to be supported and here is the best way to do it.

Create the business as a partnership with someone else. Both of you work the same business to have it grow and expand. The other half to this is that you both have your own set of responsibilities for building the business and having it become successful.

The responsibilities go like this...

One person makes the commitment to go out there and expand the FHTM business. They're the person that is out there looking for more people that would be interested in partnering up with them. You know, people that want a business and are looking for the change. Essentially this person is that real marketer of the two and they are always working on and with the people in the highest code.

The second person makes the commitment to really focus on training the team and working with the lower codes. Many people miss this part because they are always wanting to work with the newest code and they miss out on a lot of extra income. By having one person whose total responsibility is to be working with the older codes, the business will not miss out on any revenue.

So let's recap this strategy.

1 - Build your FHTM business with someone else where you are both working on the same business, the same distributorship.

2 - The one that is the real marketer focuses on expanding the newest code and is working to get promoted to the next code.

3 - The other person is always working with the team and focusing on helping their business partners within all of the codes grow and expand.

Through applying this strategy for a FHTM business, you will be able to grow it with much more stability than if you don't apply this strategy. Many people in FHTM have done this and have had massive results because of it. But it's up to the individual person to decide if this is the right strategy for them and their FHTM business.
