subject: What Are The Chances Getting Liposuction Will Make Me Happy? [print this page]

In this day and age, people think that if they only had some things, they would be happy forever. If only we all had more money than we knew what to do with or if only we were dating someone drop-dead gorgeous, then life would be complete and nothing would be required to make us happy. Now, learning what can actually make you happy is a necessary lesson in life. No, those fabulous jeans probably won't bring you eternal bliss. However, one point that is debated often is whether or not liposuction can make your life happier and better. Some say yes and some say no. What is actually the answer? Can happiness be achieved through cosmetic surgery?

Considering the popularity of liposuction in all social circles especially among celebrities who are the model for the American public of how to be happy, or at least so some think, many people argue that liposuction can make your life happier. This example coupled with the fact that this surgery does encourage patients to prepare by living a healthier lifestyle with more exercise involved, shows that it can make life a little better. Exercising, eating well and having a higher self-esteem adds greatly to a person's general happiness and emotional well-being.

Of course, this certainly does not mean that once you undergo liposuction all of your life's problems will go away. By living a healthy lifestyle it's possible that your quality of life will improve since exercising regularly releases more endorphins into your system than you would get otherwise. Being healthy also helps you feel good about yourself and your body. These factors all add to a better lifestyle however other factors such as family life, job, education and others will determine how you ultimately feel. If one thing is out of balance in your life, you will reap the affects in more than one aspect of your life. If work is stressful, you will probably spend your days not enjoying your life for a large portion.

If you want to make your life better, start off by leading a healthy lifestyle. Then evaluate your life to see where you can improve things and where you will simply have to make the best of the hand that's been dealt to you. If liposuction will help you in your healthy lifestyle to be motivated and to feel even better about your body, then consider it as a viable option. If you are unhappy with other factors of your life then liposuction will not solve those.
