subject: Mlm Prospecting, The Key To Sponsoring Massive Numbers Of Distributors Real Fast [print this page] MLM Prospecting, The KEY To Sponsoring MASSIVE Numbers Of Distributors is knowing how to deal with the inevitable objections. You of course want as many distributors as possible on your sales team.
You need to speak with many people to get to that level. The problem is though that many people who have gone into the MLM field are not prepared to answer questions from those they are trying to recruit.
When MLM people here questions from people they speak to about joining their team they do not realize that they are hearing objections to why they should join. You must understand the MLM is a business and like any other business it has to be sold. Sure many companies tout that their products are so good that you need not sell them. All you have to do is present them and people will buy in by the train load.
Well, whether or not your product is that good is not the point. If you were told that they you were sold on joining. Their selling point was that you would not have to do any selling. So here you are you bought in because you were sold. Now you need to do some selling like it or not. So you are speaking to a potential new distributor and he or she has questions about the product.
You first should be able to answer any questions about the product. You will not be able to when you first start with a particular company. But you want to be able to answer any questions about the product within six to eight weeks. So you do need to put in your time on studying your product line. Then you will be asked about the compensation plan.
Instead of punting to your up line each time you need to come up with a way you understand the plan and a way you can explain it to someone else. Once you establish this initial level of trust with your prospect you will get to the fund part, addressing objections. You might not find this part fun at first.
You will hear why is the product not in stores; how much do you make; I do not know how to sell. But realize that two different people make the some objections. The first is the one who does not know what he is getting into and needs an out. The other is the MLM veteran seeing if you know what you are doing. He wants to make sure you will be a reliable up line.
If the veteran is not satisfied with your responses he will look for another person to be his up line. If the person brand new to the business does not feel you answered his questions adequately he will not join you. So when you find the prospects you need to be ready to answer their questions which are really objections. When you combine your prospecting with selling you will be a huge success.
