This will all sound crazy to you right now I know and you may be thinking it's over your head, it's not. What it is, is a very ingenious way of tricking you out of all your human rights. Very few people have ever gotten this!
Are you a name or are you a human being? You truthfully have a legal name and a family name, two names. Two entities! Let me explain it this way, you are the absolute legal owner of the legal name, but does that make you a name, answer is no. If you own a car, does that mean, you are a car? If you own a house does that mean, you are a house? Answer is no, so owning a legal name, does that mean you are a name? No again, you are a human being with a family name that you inherited from your family.
Now, what happens in court? Have you ever been in court when they ask someone, are you, whatever the name may be and they say yes. What that human being just did was accommodate the legal name! Doing this the court now has jurisdiction over that individual(human being).
The point, you do not have to accommodate the legal name. Why argue law that does not apply to you. We are living in the days of a justice for profit system, it's a system of injustice.
This is how they have been tricking everyone out of all their human rights! To win in court, do not have a lawyer because this is another way of accommodating the legal name. Next when they try call on you by name, ask, excuse me, I have a similar name, what form of ID is the court relying upon to identify me, hold up a form of government ID (name in high caps) ask will this do?
Answer will most likely be yes that will do. Say good because that's not me, I am me, I am not a name! I am a human being with a family name and I will not be accommodating the legal name today, then ask if the court is holding any more paper they would like me to dispose of today? Give them a few seconds then tell them, I take that as no, at which time you say you're business with this court is finished have a nice day, then you leave. It's that simple.
You appeared, you disposed of the charge/ charges, you did you duty and your due diligence. You may want to reread this article again a few times, there is a lot to digest here. You can imagine just how important this is as well as how ingrained into our society these injustices have become.
We hear talk about what happens in a country like Russia, the big difference is Russia has not perfected their system of injustices as well as it's been done here.
These human rights violations did not happen over night, they happened gradually as well as purposely, to give a little more insight one needs to look at the transition from common law to maritime law, from peace officers to what are now called, law enforcement officers, from human beings to legal persons.
