The process of dry method of kaolin mining is mainly as follows:
Crude ore taken out will be sent into kaolin mining equipment that is crushing machine to crush till the fineness is about 25mm. Then the material will be transported by belt conveyor to secondary crushing equipment, such as impact crusher, cone crusher,etc. to be crushed again. When its fineness is less than 6mm, the hot air in the kaolin quarry equipment will absorb the water in kaolin till the amount drops to 10%. The crushed stone can be grinded in raymond mill which is equipped with centrifuge and cyclone dust collector. This will further grind the materials. The process can remove most of the sand and therefore is suitable to process ore minerals with white high ore, low gravel content, the appropriate particle size distribution. The dry method of kaolin mining is of low cost and products is commonly used in cheap filler of rubber, plastics and paper industries.
