Hi Guys...
Hi Guys...

It doesn't take a genius to document what aging is and is not. Armed with this knowledge you will effectively aid yourself in staying the course set against unwanted health problems.

The relationship between cellular aging and the aging of the whole organism is complex. Although Hormone Replacement Therapy(HRT) to bring androgens, estrogens and growth hormone to youthful levels improve cognitive function & muscle tone, these hormones promote cancer growth and therefore may be dangerous to use until cancer is preventable & curable.

In contrast, lifestyle changes that dramatically impact the rate of aging take place quickly in a single lifetime significant benefits can be achieved in only a few weeks. The human intellect has finite limited capacity.

Aging is the accumulation of changes in an organism or object over time. Aging in humans refers to a multidimensional process of physical, psychological, and social change. Thinking Young May Promote Positive Aging. People who feel young for their age are more confident about retaining mental faculties as they age.

Yet this fact should not discourage anyone from trying to ward off the effects of aging, not necessarily out of vanity but out of a desire to feel as healthy as possible while retaining optimal cell and tissue growth function and, as a bonus, to fight illness and disease. Some people experience the appearance of fine lines or wrinkles and these things can instantly make them look older.

Healthy aging is full of choices. Many people also enjoy the gentle but effective movements of tai chi and yoga to slow the aging process.

Recently there has been a lot of interest in low caloric diets, to promote longevity and aging, and this makes a lot of sense, as we already know that diets high in calories can lead to obeisty, and growing old before our time.

Ideally we want the body and mind to grow and age in a complementary way to enable us to grow old with dignity and be able to care for ourselves during our lifetime. So try to keep your body and you aging at the same rate ;-)

Here's to Healthy Aging and a Lifetime of Good Health.
