I have lived in Cardiff for many years and wanted to get fit. I had been a member of a few Cardiff Gyms such as; Daves Gym, Laguna Health club Cartdiff and a few other corporate gyms in Cardiff and never found the answer.

I'd attended Cardiff outdoor fitness classes, cardiff BMF class and a few cardiff bootcamps run by so called personal training experts. The Cardiff bootcamp I did was very hard but not for me. I did rather this to the BMF outdoor classes though as the personal trainers were very knowledgable at bootcamp Cardiff, far better than the ones taking the outdoor fitness classes at roath park.

I really enjoyed the experience of Cardiff Kettlebell bootcamp that a friend referred me too. My friend has been attending for 3 months and has lost over 2.5 stone. All I would recomend if you do live in Cardiff or Newport is to nopt be put off from your experiences of training. Some will be great and some awful, its just about finding the correct way for you. Everyone will be different, so find a way that you enjoy, feel you can maitain and stick to it. I will never pay the extautionate figures of some health clubs, a bootcamp is by far the best option. There is no start up costs or administration fees, they are a great social meeting place and you geta great trainer, if you choose the right one!!!

My choice would be Cardiff Kettlebell Bootcamp or the Hybrid Bootcamp in Cardiff for the best ways to get in shape.
