I've got another 2 ways to get you out of that boring gym and into
some exercises with fun & excitement.
Here They Are ;-
Rock Climbing -
If your after a challenging workout then this is
it! This will test you mentally and physically.
Indoor rock climbing has become popular recently
so you should be able to find a centre near you.
Or you may even want to try outdoor rock climbing.
Rock climbing is a great workout for your legs,
arms. shoulders and your entire back. Your grip
will improve dramatically as well. Give it a try
for a different type of workout.
Mountain Biking -
This is a great form of exercise and it's definitely
not boring. This takes you out of the gym, off them
boring exercise bikes and onto the saddle of the
real experience!
You get the leg pumping exertion during the uphill
climbs. Knowing that if you stop cycling your going
to fall straight back down the hill unlike stopping
in the gym. So this gives you more reason to carry
on, more motivation. Plus you get the adrenaline
rush of going down them hills, which you can't
experience in the gym. This is also a great rest
period to get you ready for the next hill climb.
All this together equals a super fun, high intensity,
leg burning workout that will melt the fat off your
entire body. The climbs can be tough at first, this
like rock climbing will challenge you both mentally
and physically.
I highly recommend mountain biking for a fun way of
exercising. Lets face it if your not enjoying your
exercise it's not good, your lose motivation and
end up quiting like so many others. So step out of
the boring routine!
Remember there's so many other ways to get out of the gym and experience
real exercises that give you that adrenaline rush and excitement were
supposed to have whilst working out! So get out there and try it!
