I'm sure DealExtreme is one of the most popular Chinese web sites. There you can find mostly electronics but other stuff as well. The prices are extremely low and product range is large. The biggest con is sometimes slow delivery times.
Another good Chinese web site you should check out is LighTake. There are also very low prices and large product range. Delivery times are usually very fast. You should check out e.g.this supercute piggy LED-keychain for under $1 (buy 5 or more and get them only $0.3 each!)
