There are old friends and enemies too which will immediately make you relate to the previous game and make playing this game even better. The experience is simply exhilarating. But that does not mean that it would be boring for new players or that they would be disappointed, although I would strongly advice the new players to play the previous version of the game to get to know the story fully and get a feel of the game, believe me your experience would be much more better if you played the previous version of this game before you play this game. As usual there are tons of weapons and the visuals are better than ever. Metal Gear Solids story background is in 2014 which is five years after the incident at Big Shell that was portrayed in Metal Gear Solid 2. Even though Old Snake is terminally ill he is called back into action for one last time. He has to use his stealth and skills horned all this years to hunt down his genetically engineered twin brother and nemesis Liquid Snake who has now become very powerful and is in charge of Private Military Companies.
The narration along with the gameplay makes the gaming experience better and it kind of fits perfectly. There is the option to skip the narrative but I advice you not to do so because then you will miss the storyline and the awesome graphics presented in the narration and would not understand the game. This game has everything from raw action to great gameplay. Dont miss this one, buy it today.
