Your natural state is happiness and peace. Anytime you're feeling anything other than happiness and peace, it is only serving as a reminder to get back in touch with yourself. Anytime that you're feeling anything other than happiness and peace, it is only serving to make you conscious and bring you back in touch with yourself.
Take a deep breath, what are you feeling? Do you feel the peace? You see if you reflect on peace if you go to that part of you that remembers peace even. You invoke it consciously. If you can just program yourself to plug in to these states and move out of states that are negative, you gain control over these states of mind. As you practice self awareness you become more self aware.
That's the beauty of it, you gain as much control over your mind as you practice doing so. It's up to you. By gaining control over mind you can switch out of those estates that bring you pain and move in to opportunities to bring more love and joy and peace. And that's why you are born, and that's why we're here. It's sounds simple, and it is, but you need to practice. So let's practice together and make it fun. God bless!
