3) Panic Disorder: This type of disorder often occurs without any warning. A person suffering from panic disorder is often found to suffer from intense fear which is often accompanied by panic attacks. Panic disorder symptoms also manifest physical symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea and heart palpitations.
4) Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder: Post traumatic stress disorder occurs more commonly among those people whose life have been subjected to dangerous situations like accidents, natural disaster or assaults. These people are often found to be withdrawn and prefer to detach themselves from any emotional bonding. There are a number of physical symptoms being manifested for this condition. Those very common are sleeplessness, feeling emotionally numb , emotional detachment etc.
5) Social Phobia or Social Anxiety Disorder: People suffering from this condition are normally self conscious people. They tend to suffer from stage fright, fear from socializing with new people, hesitates eating in a large group etc. They suffer from inferiority complex and avoid people. Some of the physical symptoms manifested are sweating, nausea, shaking, blushing and difficulty talking or communicating.

- 30 minutes daily exercise or atleast three or four times a week may be helpful.
- Include lots of fruits, vegetables, vitamins and minerals in your diet. As far as possible, decrease intake of salt, sugar, coffee and other stimulants.
- Dedicate most of your time in doing things that enriches your life with vigor and zeal.
- There are also other things like playing games, litstening to music reading books etc that can make you feel better.
Realize that anxiety is not always a bad thing. To a certain extent, it contributes in making you more productive, competitive, alert and quick-witted.
