How much do you exercise or move around? Scientists now know that a sedentary lifestyle can contribute heavily to whether or not a person develops diabetes. What does that mean? It means physical activity is healthy and recommended! You need to do at least thirty minutes of exercise per day. This exercise can be low intensity. You don't have to run a marathon to stave off diabetes, even just around the block can be enough. This is only one of the causes that is easy to treat with simple exercise. You are still sitting there why? Get up and go for a walk!

We've known for a long time that people who are overweight or obese are more likely to contract diabetes. If you want to avoid diabetes and get your weight under control there are many new developments that can assist you. Getting your weight under control can be achieved if we work at it.
