*** Do Not Quit Smoking! Click Here *** What is smoking cessation you may wonder. Well, put quite simply, it is stopping smoking. What is your biggest fear about stopping smoking, well maybe I will answer that question for you, as I am a ex-smoker I am more than qualified to say the biggest barrier, cause, problem or whatever you may call it is fear! Let me repeat. The biggest obstacle to smoking cessation is the "fear of stopping" the fear factor, that's it! Now let me tell you how you will know, so you can prove it to yourself. If you answer more than half of these questions with a yes, you will understand and in fact believe that it is the fear of stopping which is holding you back from smoking cessation. So let's go... (Question)

Do you have a cigarette with your first Coffee or Tea of the morning, and do you say to yourself, I needed that or that was great, meaning the cigarette? Yes / No (Question)

If you drive to work alone, do you smoke while sitting in traffic to keep you calm? Yes / No Do you look forward to smoking after you have a meal? Yes / No (Question)
