1. Save The Date: When booking a meeting, have your newest distributor (the hostess) send "save the date" cards with the time and date of their presentation. Send Out Cards Opportunity cards are available in the card catalog, or you can make your own with PicturePlus 2.0. The last thing you want it for people to forget about the party/meeting.

2. Order Forms, DVDs & Fast Start Guides: When booking an business meeting, be sure to have plenty of training guides and order forms to hand out to their prospects, friends, family member, etc. Because everyone won't be attending the presentation, have DVD's available to hand out to non-attending guests.

Make sure it again has the date of their party, reminders, and suggestions of people to invite. You may want to even put in a Memory Jogger to help them create their list.

4. Pick up the Phone: Don't forget to follow up with the new distributor a few days before their Send Out Cards Opportunity Presentation to make sure they have all of their materials and answer any questions. Also, see how their guest list is coming along. Encourage your new representative if they are having trouble getting prospects to commit and starts talking about canceling - encourage her to keep the show because you never know who will come even though they didn't RSVP!

5. Offer to Help: Help your new distributor create the best Send Out Cards Opportunity Presentation by getting together and having her listen to you make a few phone calls to some of their friends on their guest list. Of course you don't want to force someone into something, but sometimes a little encouragement goes a long way. Maybe they aren't shy, but just need some help organizing their list and making it easier to get through in a timely matter.

6. Make Other Options Available: If, after doing all of the above, the Send Out Cards Opportunity isn't coming together as planned... encourage another method of presenting the service and business to their prospects. How about a luncheon? An opportunity conference call or webinar (web seminar)? Maybe focusing one-on-one will be better fit for your new representatives business.
