If you want to try this cardio activity and enjoy the many health benefits, it's best to start out lightly. Try something which lasts for 10 minutes. Do it again the next day, and the following day, and so on. Once it seems to get easier, add a few more minutes. Allow your fitness level to build up gradually.

It's excellent for the circulatory system and respiratory system. It boosts your endurance and coordination. Moreover, it's superb in getting rid of unwanted calories and fats in your body.
