However, I do realize that as long as I am healthful that I'm doing the right thing, & if that last 10 or so pounds aren't a problem for my medical professional then maybe I shouldn't stress about it too much. However I be inclined to carry my weight in my stomach which leaves me in search of out how to get rid of belly fat especially. In fact I've lots of friends that focus particularly on getting rid of belly fat.

This has nothing to do with how you will look in a swimming suit, but the closer you are to this ideal body weight you're, the better you are going to look. And if you manage to get rid of belly fat in a healthful way you'll feel even better still. So you might not think it's perfect, but it is important to know that your ideal weight will help ensure you're around to watch your kids & your grandchildren grow up.
