1. Find out what makes you scared or tremble in fear

Before you can conquer your fear, you should know what makes you scared. For example, if you are scared of flying, the thing that likely makes you scared is the fear of height. So if you can conquer your fear of heights, then you can conquer your fear of flying.

2. Find out what is the worst case scenario

When you are scared of something, it is always best to think what could be the worst thing that can happen to you. For instance, if you are scared of flying, than the worst thing that can happen is that the plane crashes. But, the chance of this happening is so small that it is negligible and rare. It is the same chance of winning the lottery twice. So if you analyse the worst case scenario, you will find that you have nothing to be afraid of.

3. Define your fear on the scale between 0 and 10

If you are scared of something, you should scale your fear on a scale between 0 and 10. Zero being not being scared at all and 10 being life threatening or changing. When you scale your fear, likely it will between three or four. When you look at it in this way, your fear is not as big and bad as you think it is.

4. Dont think. Just do it!

The only and best way to conquer your fear is to do it immediately and dont think about it. You need to swallow your pride and face it. Doing this will make you stronger! If you keep avoiding your fears and thinking about it, it will get you nowhere. So just go out there and do it!
