The project, led by developer the Skelwith Group, will see 500 apartments built in the town centre and the company's managing director Paul Ellis has claimed that the organisation can complete the residences at an affordable price, according to Construction News.
This regeneration scheme will see the firm partner with Bradford Trident Trading to build the flats, which will no doubt require the expertise of workers who have taken plumbing courses at some point during the process.
Mr Ellis was quoted as saying: "We believe that even in the current financial climate, comfortable well-designed apartments can be delivered in the heart of Bradford."
Work is expected to begin early next year.
This week, the Skelwith Group announced that it has agreed terms with Leeds Carnegie and the firm's logo will appear on the rugby side's home and away shirts.
