5. Go to Share > Export using QuickTime. Click Advanced and select.AIF
6. Now that your file is on your desktop, add it to itunes.
7 After importing it to itunes, convert it to mp3. But make sure to have that setting ready by going to Preferences > Import Settings > Import Using (Select MP3). Then head back to Advanced > Convert to MP3.
8. Use a program like FileZilla to upload your file (if too large) to your server (if you have one).
9. Go to your blog and install the Audio Player plugin. Then activate it.
10. Enter in the HTML code found in the FAQ section to your post with THE DIRECT URL to your file that you uploaded though FileZilla.
