Now in the 21st people are still facing breathing problems due to sudden change in weather or germs, which are found in air. There are also some other reasons, which have different names in medical terms.

As like me most people thought that breathing problems are only faced when you inhaled low amount of air or oxygen. But now science has proved that anxiety is another great source of creating breathing problems.

In the 20th century people used to think that breathing problems were only created due to inhaling insufficient amounts of oxygen and air. But anxiety is another great cause of breathing problem that can happen while undergoing stress.

But if you feel that your chest is also moving from its place like your chest is also breathing then of course you are suffering in hyperventilation due to which you are not able to breathe well.

In medical term, inhaling excess of oxygen is known as hyperventilation. If you are interested to check whether you are suffering from breathing problems due to excess of oxygen then you should just observe your stomach and chest.

When you are breathing and inhaling, your stomach should move but your chest should not change its position. If you see that your chest is changing its position while breathing then you can conclude that you are suffering from hyperventilation.

When you are assured that you are facing hyperventilation then do not ignore it because it can be harmful for your life as well. You should consult with your doctor and should follow his instructions once you begin to see some signs.

You can find different exercises for this purpose and you should follow these exercises for better health and care. The more consistent you are with these exercises the better you will feel.
