subject: Ultra Wealth On Luxury Cruise [print this page]

In ages past, some fisherman had the bright idea that if he built a boat he could catch more fish. Then bigger boats enabled him to catch even more fish. Boats became ships and connected to new lands and continents, and trade enabled some men to make a great deal of money.

This new merchant class wanted to spend their money as well as make more money. Some wealthy people wanted to travel by sea, or even participate in adventures on the ocean, but they had no intention of leaving the luxury they enjoyed at home behind. Thus came about luxury cruises.

Luxury cruises have long since been a private social getaway for affluent individuals. In the days of old, luxury cruises were the way to travel. The huge cruise ships would have exorbitantly priced first class suites with the most lavish food and activities. Of course, there would also be the second and third class rooms, but those passengers never saw the opulence of the first class.

With the advent of commercial airlines, luxury cruises faded to a thing of the past. Replacing the luxury cruise lines were other cruise lines that offered gambling and inexpensive vacation trips. The real spirit of an honest luxury cruise was nearly lost as travel advertising started speaking about "luxury cruises" but the ships were packed full, the people had to wait in lines to eat, the suites became smaller and the service was decreased.

In today's day and age, true luxury cruises can still be found. A real luxury cruise has done all that is possible for the pleasure of the upper crust. People such as entrepreneurs, dignitaries, corporate executives, connoisseurs, royaltans, and discerning socialites are found enjoying luxury cruises.

Formal dinners with exquisite cuisine are daily occurrences as are the specialty desserts. Such cruise ships hire only the best in the galley, and buy only the best provisions. Every detail of service is attended to. Food is prepared especially for each individual. Such ships win awards for gastronomy, and the service is five star. The ship is beautifully decorated, and spacious staterooms and suites accompany every possible amenity. Amusement is booked from the best available with musical groups, singers, and classical recitals.

Seminars and workshops are held on luxury cruises, too. Millionaire speakers share information about wealth education and asset management. The luxury cruises will sometimes also feature cruise special learning assemblies about asset management and seminars on wealth building solutions. There are classes on private equity and trusts as well.

For the social getaway, the affluent individuals enjoy the shipboard activities such as theater, games, swimming and high tea. Excursions to the islands and other destinations are scheduled for shopping and tours with an access to a myriad of artisan and cultural activities.

Since the cruise will be uncrowded, one can expect to be greeted by name by wait staff in the dining room, guest relations personnel and by the room steward. The surroundings is spacious. One never waits in line for a service or meal. The atmosphere encourages relaxation and comfort.
