Presently, Suzukisells models like Heat, Zeus, GS150R and Access 125 in India.
A rise of 47.64 percent was reported by Suzuki in its sales in July to 18,512 units compared to the same month last year. Last year in July, the company had sold 12,539 units. Suzuki Motorcycle India Vice President (Sales and Marketing) Atul Gupta stated that as promised, the company has delivered quality products as well as customer satisfaction to its consumers. It will continue to keep up this growth momentum in the coming months as well. The GS150R and scooter Access 125 models of the company had a major contribution in the sales figures of the company.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited is also planning to introduce Maruti Kizashi , companys premium sedan model, in the Indian car market. The same model was unveiled by the company at the Auto Expo 2010 which was held in New Delhi. But during that time, the company had stated about its delayed plans for introducing that model by the end of the year. Kizashi has already been introduced in the Japanese and the American market and this new model has done quite well over there. Now the same Kizashi is about to hit the Indian car market by December, 2010.
