The cooking class comprises of four mouth watering Turkish deserts
1. Antep Baklava
2. Revani - semolina and yoghurt cake in lemon syrup
3. Sutlac - rose water rice pudding
4. Kabak Tatlisi - pumpkin and walnut dessert in sugar syrup with crushed walnuts
Turkish Delights cooking class has particular focus on the famous baklava. The baklava variation taught in the cooking class is one with difference and is from the Antep region in Turkey. Its point of difference is the cream in the between the layers of filo. Students learn the technique of layering filo whilst having an understanding and appreciation of the delicate balance between sweet and savoury that makes Baklava so delicious.

Are for two people only
2.5 hours, hands on cooking classes
Cooking classes are held on a Sunday from 3.00pm to 5.30pm
Include a complimentary glass of wine
End with making Turkish coffee served with double pistachio Turkish delight
As part of the Turkish Delights cooking class students take home the Turkish desserts they cook in the cooking class to share with their friends and family.
