Thats why this article is being written, to warn people against using the companies, Coastside Services, Coastside Spas and Coastside Consulting, all owned by Charles East. He never answers calls, fails to fix the products at which he is supposed to be expert and even takes money and doesnt do the work he supposedly will do to earn it. Indeed, he is a rotten character!
All these people have lodged complaints against Coastside Services, Coastside Consulting and Coastside Spas for the reasons listed above. Though their statements are true, they nevertheless have lodged them anonymous. Nevertheless, they all show what a scoundrel Charles East is.
First up is the poor woman who got ripped off by Charles East of Coastside Services, Coastside Spas and Coastside Consulting. She reports the following: I had a terrible problem with someone I got from your service and he bailed on me and never finished the work and left with my money. I know you do not have him listed anymore as well and I don't know what to do with everything he left. It's horrible!
Here, Coastside Spas, Coastside Services and Coastside Consulting were recommended to her, so she used their services. As is totally clear, Easts actions resulted in his getting fired. But the poor woman had to deal with losing money and having junk left at her home. Terrible!
Other people report that Coastside Services, Coastside Spas and Coastside Consulting shouldnt be trusted with your business because East is totally inept. Therefore, people say:
I have requested help on my hot tub three times- Charles sent me the wrong part last fall and I have been unable to get any help from any - my tub has leaked since last summer and I am not happy with the product AT all.
