Focusing on what you do want as oppossed to what you do not want is an important first step in attracting. The second is resolving or letting go of any conflicts that may come up internally as you begin to focus on attracting. For instance let us assume you are attempting to attract more money than you need to pay your bills. The thought that occurs to you as you begin to focus is: Hey, you can't pay all your bills now what makes you think you can possibly get more than you need? These are a direct result of negative feelings and beliefs that exist in your subconcious.

Simply picture that you are placing all those negative feelings and emotions in a large bubble and letting them go. Watch them as they rise ever higher in the sky until they finally get high enough where they burst and get scattered. You no longer require those negative feelings or emotions.

The next step is to picture that you have already attained that which you are trying to attract. Involve all your senses as you imagine what it feels like to already have it. Take your time and enjoy the feeling that is already here and a part of your life. Explore all the feelings of joy you are experiencing.

Then attempt to put out the vibrations to attract what you want again, except this time increase the quantity, quality and volume of what you want to attract. The universe does not have a limited supply and is not a one time offer so keep on attracting. You can have an abundant life in all areas of your life.
