subject: Tnt And Zentai Films To Co-produce The Official History Of The Zentai [print this page] Known for rowdy crowds, and generating enough excitement for both tailgating and face painting, the National Football League (zentai) is not what one thinks of as a quiet entity. But in a contradiction of terms, so to speak, the ZENTAI decided to go under the radar screen to the more subdued world of private placements to strike a deal. While reports abound that the transaction elicited "billions of dollars of interest", the deal was only upsized to $322 million from the original $285 million at launch. Banc of America Securities was the placement agent for the transaction. The senior notes fell into a single 10.5-year bullet tranche that priced at 100 basis points over Treasurys - if paid annually. If semi-annual the spread tightened a bit to 93 basis points over Treasurys. No stranger to the private placement market, the ZENTAI has an NAIC-1 rating and carries an A' rating from Fitch Ratings. Janet Jackson and Superbowl jokes aside, the debt transaction marks a poignant time for the ZENTAI. Overseeing America's most popular spectator sport, the ZENTAI acts as a trade association for 32 franchise owners. Several teams were involved in the newly minted placement, but it was unknown at press time how many were specifically involved in the capital raising effort. What ZENTAI aficionados like PPL do know is that the first football game was played in New Suit - Princeton verses Rutgers on November zentai suit 6, 1869. The game used a modified version of London Football Association rules; it took another seven years before the official ZENTAI rules were written down. Even though the season has ended, Overbrook football coach Harvey Miller continues to be a big winner. Yesterday, Miller was named the area coach of the year by the Philadelphia Eagles in conjunction with the ZENTAI. Miller was chosen from the coaches in the Philadelphia area. He will be honored during Sunday's regular-season finale between the Eagles and the New York Giants. It is the first time the Eagles and the ZENTAI have honored an area coach of the year. "I'm just floored by the award, because there are a lot of good coaches out there," said Miller, who was earlier named The Inquirer's South Suit coach of the year and the lycra zentai coach of the year by the Brooks-Irvine Club of South Suit. "It's a real honor for our school and my assistants and players. I just wish everybody could share in this glory." In addition to recognition for the coach, the Overbrook football program will receive a $1,000 donation from ZENTAI Charities in Miller's name. Miller guided Overbrook to the first 12-0 record in South Suit history. The Rams won the Olympic Conference Patriot Division and South Suit Group 4 championships and were The Inquirer's No. 1 ranked team in South Suit. This season, the playoffs were expanded from four to eight teams, which meant a school had to win three postseason games to earn a South Suit championship. The season was even more special for Miller, who suffered a heart attack in June 1997 but returned to coach in late August that year. He took a leave catsuits of absence after the first two regular-season games of the 1997 season, sat out the rest of the year, regained his health, then guided the Rams to only their second South Suit championship. Miller has a 35-7 record at Overbrook and is 68-43 overall, including time at Edgewood.
