There was a time when I had 9 people that did all kinds of things for me. One day I got up and started looking at the numbers and said that I can get this cheaper if I outsource it. So out many of them went. Everyone left but my assistant and my brother who does the editing work for my videos. That was my staff. They worked very hard, but that is because I also paid them well.
They had their plate filled with all kinds of things to do and I was able to outsource the other jobs I had to other people. Now the funds weren't going to the things that they have to go for having regular employees. I was able to put the money elsewhere in my business. I no longer had a big stress level because now I was outsourcing these jobs to other people.
Informing others how to do SEO was a big change in my career. I now do this task for others and I became an expert on the subject. I get lots of exposure from my online events and other thing that I have done. Other people are learning more about me all of the time.
Those were things that happened that made a big impact on my career, but now I'm working with all kinds of social media. I started learning how to use this tool a long time ago. I build a large following by doing it the right way. I was not the first person that tweeted, but I used that social media form to its full advantage.
I work with a lot of different social media and it has benefited me greatly by using it. It is a pleasure to see my business grow in leaps and bounds. If you are thinking about doing something for an online business this is an area that you should not ignore.
