So here we go, we thought we would compile a selection of ideas in which Eastenders could actually lead a happy storyline for once. Here are the stories...
Mitchell turns Branning -
So Jack Branning and Ronnie Mitchell are deeply in love, but everything keeps going against them. Jack and the shooting has made him dependant on Ronnie and he gets annoyed with himself for this. Of course, by now, they are happy as Larry again but what if they were to marry? Wouldn't this just be perfect... and then they could even start a family, so Ronnie wouldn't have quite so much sorrow over Danielle.
The Beales expand -
Jayne has wanted a baby for so long and everything seems to have got in her way of adopting. Then, as you may remember, she was up for adopting Lucy's baby. However Ian panicked last moment and sent Lucy for a secret abortion. Of course this left Jayne baby-less and feeling like nothing. So how about Ian finally becomes a proper man, the family bond once more and Jayne is accepted a baby to adopt? After all, it is all she wants. The only remaining challenge will be getting skin-flint Ian Beale to stump up for baby gifts!
Johnson alone once more -
Obviously nothing has gone right for Denise. She was alone for years, finally got married and then her lovely groom turned into a psychopath. She nearly died even. And when she came back her daughter, Chelsea, didn't believe her story of Lucas' doings. Now the girls have gone away and poor Denise is alone once more. So how about, to raise the spirit, the girls come back? Or they come back and invite Denise to go back with them? She would love it! However, this of course would leave Patrick alone...
Branning comes home -
We all know everyone misses him. If he came back, Patrick would be over the moon- as would dear Dot. This is about, of course, the lovely Jim Branning! We all know why he is away, but what if he could now come back because he much better and Dot believes she will be able to care for him once more. What a lovely ending to his story that would be!
The Slater returns -
Now that we have hooked the oldies back up, what about the mum's? Jean Slater, bless her, needs a man: a man is all she wants right now. She has her daughter and her grandchild to look after... yet no man to look after her. Let's find her someone, hey guys?
Slater Malloy -
Stacey has been through a lot of trauma recently and she really needs some closure: some comfort. It was obvious, when the due date came for her baby, that she wanted Ryan to be there for her. And he was, except Janine Butcher had tangled herself in it all. But now, what's stopping him? Nothing. Stacey needs a man after Bradley and Ryan needs a woman... Let's hook them up and then they can be a secure family!
Bad Boys -
The Mitchells don't have the best of reputations do they? And now even Ben, the young sweet boy, is getting involved. While Ben's in jail Phil is going off the rails: hitting Peggy, cheating on Shirley, sleeping with Bradley's mum and relying on drink and cocaine! So how about we mix it up a bit. Phil realises what an idiot he's being and tidies himself up, Ben gets let out of jail and Phil realises his wants his woman back. When Ben's out then Phil is normal once more, off the drink and the drugs, and he runs back to Shirley. Then they get married, get swamped in wedding gifts from the rest of Albert Square, and the three are all a happy little family!
The Trotty lady -
It is obvious that Heather and Minty are still in love. So, simple as this, why not hurry them up and get them together? Then they can eventually marry once more and start their own little Peterson family!
Brannings again -
Max has that new lady of his, but it is kind of obvious that he only wants one thing from her. And you know why? She is still that rebound girl from Tanya. Of course he loves his old wife and even though she has been off the screen it is obvious that shall will never stop loving him either! Shall we put them back together then? Perfect! Then they can all move back in to the East End: Max, Tanya and the kids. There's nothing like home, hey.
Masood rivalry -
Everyone, even if you don't watch Eastenders, knows about this depressing storyline! Syed and Christian are happy together once again (finally) but the family has been torn apart by it. How about Zainab and Ahmed get off their high horses and forget what 'everyone' else thinks. After all, Syed is their son! Let's see them reunite as a family; we all know Christian and Syed would love that!
So there we go. All of you who don't yet watch Eastenders, I hope you do now. Let's just pray that the producer sees what we really want see on his programme and everyone will be happy!
