Tip 1 -Do your research
Before you start writing an article do a little research about your topic.You don'thave to spend hours and hours on research but you must do at least some.
That means spending a few minutes reading some articles on the subject or checking reputable sources.
Tip 2 -Write about what you know
You get to choose the niche and topics you'll write about.So if possible,always choose to promote products and topics that are within your comfort zone.
That means that even if a niche promises to be profitable,if you are completely unfamiliar with a topic,your articles will tend to reflect that lack of knowledge.
Tip 3 -Make an outline of every article you write
When you write an article,no matter what the topic is,you always want to make sure you present information to the reader in a logical order.The best way to create order in your article is to make an outline before you begin to write.
All articles have 3 parts:
-an introduction
-a middle
-an ending or conclusion.
Tip 4 -Use strong verbs
Verbs are action words.And the key concept here is ACTION.The verb "to be"(am,is,are,was,were) doesn't really describe any discernible action.So my advice is to avoid using it whenever possible.
So insted of this what do you use?
You use action verbs that do denote action.Here are a few examples:beat it,decamp,depart,escape,exit,flee,fly,get away,get going,get lost,hit the road,leave.
Finding aciotn verbs isn't so hard if you use an online thesaurus.Type a word into this tool and it will list words that mean the same.Also words that have the opposite meaning.
Tip 5 -Use short sentences
Long sentences have no place in the online world.They're just too difficult for readers to follow.
It's a bit funny that most of us speak in long compound sentences.That's not unusual.In fact,spoken compound sentences are rather easy to follow.That's beacause our brains tend to insert mental commas.These intuitive pauses help us keep track of what someone is saying.Even if it is in long rambling sentences.
But writing is different.When you are writing,especially for the WEB,the period is your friend.Use it at every opportunity.
