Hi, I'm Steven Sadleir and I just want to say early on that you know as we start talking about God or enlightenment or self-realization, it's important to understand that you really can't explain it. It's not like a concept that's explained and you got to go "Okay, now I've got it." It's transcendental and it's beyond the mind, so all my words are really there to inspire you. They're to draw your awareness away from outside things and bring them inward, to turn your awareness inward to connect with the part of you that already knows.
What is that which taps your mind (like tapping you on the shoulder) and says "Hey, listen, connect" there is a reason you're here connecting with me now, explore where that inner knowing is coming from. The difference is a matter of paying attention, being conscious. Listen to that inner voice as you are doing now.
So I bow to that which brought you to me and I recognize the spirit, the presence of God alive within you; in other words, the holiness within you. I'm going to recognize that within you, here and now. And I invite you to see it within yourself, not that you're better than anyone else, not that you're God in some egotistical way, but that you're not separate from God either, that there's a living presence alive within you. I want you to breathe in and just reflect on that. To know your Self you must turn within and look. I will help you.
