I'm sure your agree gyms can get boring. Being in the same place and enviroment can become a put off i feel. This can lead to lessmotivationand enthusiasm.

Kettle Bell Training -

Ok so this can be done in the gym. But whydoes it have to ? Get out of the gym, inyour house or even outside and start training. This is one of the best training methods to improve your physical capabilities to a whole new level.

Kettle bells if you didn't already know arean alternative type of free weight. There unique construction and weightdistributionallows for a totally different range ofexercises.

This is what makes them so effective. There used by athletes, martial arts competitors, and other tough induviduals. Theres no need for you to aviod them though, if your looking to improve your strength and bulk up then look no further.

Sand Bag Training -

This is an unusual strength training technique but a very effective one. The fact that your working with an unstable object you will find your working muscles that would normally get neglected.

You can easily make your own sand bags, and this would be a cost effective way compared to the kettle bells. Just grab various sized duffle bags and fill with sand. Or you canuse construction site style sand bags (If youcan get hold of them!)

Sandbag exercises can be done as squats, cleans, presses, lungese, shouldering, throws or heaves, carrying up hills etc. Adding an intense sandbag training to your routine will have you ripped in no time!
