subject: Moving On Despite The Hurt Your Disloyal Husband Gave You [print this page]

You've heard about it happening but it was always one of those things that happened to other women. Now that it's happening to you, your only concern seems to be how to move past the pain of a cheating husband so you can get on with your life.

You want to ignore the reality and just move on with your life. Tired of feeling miserable, you' choose to be alone and free from him rather than stay behind and bring to mind the cheating that he's done. You're already done listening to those murmurs everywhere whenever you go out of the house.

At last he left you and the stories around is starting to die down. But the thing is as he emptied the closet with his clothes, the whole house seemed to be empty, too. A pang of sadness covers your night every time you get home from work. Nobody is there for you to talk to.

No one wants to live in pain a moment longer than necessary, right? This, unfortunately, doesn't leave you with an awful lot of wiggle room for what needs to happen next.

Throw out all the things that will remind you of him. Dispose his favorite cds or favorite couch where he used to snuggle up while watching his favorite movies on television. If he gave you a necklace and it happens to be your most favorite jewelry, stop wearing it. To forget him is a bit easier when you've got nothing to see as his reminder.

Keep yourself busy in order to wash away all those memories about him. Locking yourself inside your room won't help you heal the wounds of breakup. You can pursue your hobbies or try out new interesting things to learn, or else sign up in a health club or community services.

Step 3 - Find your own mental happy place and visit often. Many women make attempts to do this by destructive means like good wine or even better chocolate. You don't need these things to get to your happy place. Learning how to find it through meditation will keep your mind focused and help you treat your body as the temple it is (no calories or bad side effects).
