What are the different symptroms of anxiety and panic attack? Only a fine line differentiates this two conditions and most people are not conscious of this. To differentiate them further, let us take a better look and compare anxiety attack versus panic attack. We will look at these two disorders based on a medical perspective and how they affect people.

Let us define each terms first, beginning with panic attack. So this condition, as described, is a quick and serious bout of panic. Your life on a day-to-day basis may be affected due to the terrible signs. Individuals who suffers this condition are too scared that they stop socializing and just stay home.

The symptoms of this illness includes increased heart rate, trembling, excessive sweating, difficulty of breathing and fainting. Even if it only lasts for a couple of minutes, it is still very uncomfortable and awkward too. Some individuals really get to have tough days and have panic attacks repetitively.

The anxiety attacks, in comparison, is a normal response of the body in a slightly stressful circumstance. The impression is the same when you are about to get married. Unlike panic attacks, the symptoms of your anxiety attacks are lesser in strength but they last longer than a couple of minutes. As a matter of fact, the symptoms may last up to weeks depending on how soon you can accept the reason of the anxiety.

The symptoms of anxiety attacks includes, lack of appetite, difficulty in going to sleep, and bowel movement changes. Some individuals actually think that mild anxiety is good because of its effects like promotion of quick thinking and decision making.

So what is the difference between panic and anxiety attacks? The two disorders has two main distinction, which is the unexpectedness of the onset and the intensity of the symptoms. The symptoms of the two has lots of difference too but both have one mutual cause which is the stress. After all the ideas have been stated, why do you think some have panic attacks while others have anxiety attacks?

This is only one of the proofs that we are made different from each other. This could suggest that even if put in the same circumstance, people still have different responses to it. So basically, the principal difference between persons A and B is the strength of their defense mechanism. All of us was granted the skill to protect ourselves from any event that can be stressful to us; how you establish that force is your business.

Not to sound very righteous, but I would suggest that it is better if you just say all that you feel so that you can express your emotions. Let go of your emotions and live life to the fullest. When time comes, you will see that it makes a big difference.
