In order to have a flourishing network marketing business there are certain steps that need to be taken. They are in order:

1. Targeted lead generation

2. Automated prospect follow-up

3. One-on-one relationship building

4. Sponsoring and

5. Training

The best of all worlds would be if you can find one place that offers a system that would provide all of these needs. If you are fortunate enough to have an MLM that provides them all that is great. This is a hint that you are probably in the right place regarding your business choice. If your MLM does not provide them I would check with my upline. If you are still unsuccessful there you will absolutely have to set them up yopurself. Let me tell you a bit about each aspect of the sponsoring system that I use.

1. Targeted lead generation. Why would you want to chase people that are only in it for the chase and not the win or success? There is a HUGE difference between a dream and a fantasy. You want to position your business in front of people that are true dreamers. People that only need a slight push in the right direction to take action and make incredible things occur in their lives and yours. People that live in a fantasy world are not based in reality and can be the destroyers of your dream.

You do not want to waste your time, money, and effort convincing those people that there is no such thing as 10k a month with no effort. They want to believe that so that when they fail in their next program they will just continue chasing the next pot of gold. Those people are ok. There is a place for everyone in this world...just not in my business!

ONLY talk to people who have the same goals, dreams, desires as yourself. They are the future...they are your future. These are the people who will continue to build the business thru sunshine or tsunami.These will be your foot soldiers..the ones you go to war with. Teach them and they will teach the world!***

How do you find them?

You want a lead generation system that brings you ONLY the most qualified people. Your primary target should be people that are already in network marketing. They know what to expect and about the work ethic necessary to succeed. This should lead to less attrition.That is who you must target.

How? You feature a website that is good at capturing contact information. So when a visitor comes to your site, their only options are signing up or leaving. You should try your best to make it so they cannot leave. I promote a complete system that will help any network marketing business succeed.

2. Automated prospect follow-up. If the secret in real estate is location, location, location. The secret in network marketing is follow-up, follow-up, follow-up. People are busy. Ypu need to be able to "ring their bell" repeatedly. This is what the successful marketers are and have been doing. It's best to have an automated email system going out to these prospects. You need professional copy going out that makes prospects think while answering their questions up front. This is the beginning of a new relationship. Do not kill it before it has the chance to grow.

It's mandatory that you have a system in place to follow-up with people automatically, so you don't have to do it. You do not want to be locked into doing all the follow-up because life happens and things take you away. Also you will hopefully have so many people to follow up with that it is just impossible to do.

What a GREAT problem to have!

3. One-on-one relationship building: Do not forget that network marketing is a relationship business. It helps to sponsor them one at a time and bring them in one at a time. This helps to get them started and show them that you are a real person.

The only way you can do that is to build a one-on-one relationship with those people.

So many new organizations come online and instead of sponsoring, recruit, recruit, recruit with no real connection to these people. So these people never upgrade, never purchase product, and do not hang around very long. This is all due to the lack of a relationship being built.

We have weekly training calls and webinars to help you in attracting and retaining these MLM nomads. Teach these people and they will teach the world.

4. Sponsoring. This is a very interesting term or word. It is not usually used correctly in this industry. A sponsor is someone that is responsible for you. A recruiter is a person that brings you in. In an industry that can build you long term residual income as long as you build relationships, it would benefit you to be a sponsor rather than just a recruiter.

A sponsor is a mentor that takes your success seriously and personally. Your success is my success, your failure is my failure. My hope is that you & I will be in business together the rest of our lives.

It would be wise to sponsor people that you want to associate with? It should not be an effort or a task to follow up or interact with these people. This should be something you look forward to or at least want to do.

How important is that? Anyone that breathes or walks upright is not sponsorable. You should ONLY sponsor people who you really want to build a business with.

5. Training. Absolutely the lifeblood of your business is teaching, training, coaching & mentoring new people on how to do network marketing.

You should have a team website. As well as an in-depth plan laid out for them to follow.

They need to learn the skills of how to do MLM. Without proper training they would just be booking a first class ticket on the SS Titanic.

Once again the reason most people fail in MLM is that they try to become sales people. Most people have a fear of selling and even more people do not wish to be sold to.This is why it almost does not matter what the product is that you are selling.

So how do you succeed in this business?

Study people. Learn to listen to what people are saying to you. Understand what it is that they truly want and then offer it to them.

You can just plug your people right into our training system. They can even stay with and integrate their primary program or business into it.

To be long-term successful, you MUST have a marketing system for your opportunity. A system that all your prospects can plug into that is initially hands off for you. You can feel free to correspond with them as necessary but continue to move forward with your buisiness.About the Author:
