Budgeting does not have to be a time consuming task, and does not have to be confusing. You do not need an expensive budgeting software or to be technical savy in order to budget accordingly. If you have Microsoft Excel you can easily create your own budget. So where do you start?

Start by writing all of your bill names, amount and pay dates on a piece of paper. Then, write down your pay days and amounts on that same piece of paper. Once you have done this, you are well on your way. Take this information and input it chronologically into a spreadsheet. Now, you can easily see which bills are due and how much money you have each pay check to cover them.

If you are not familiar with Microsoft Excel, that is ok. I have created a very user friendly Budgeting tool that is free to use and easy to personalize: Visit my website below for your free tool and start budgeting right away. Budgeting does not have to be time consuming or confusing, but in order to be in control of your finances, you need a budget to know where you stand!
